Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's day to all those mothers, grandmothers and mother's to be out there.
I fixed breakfast and coffee this morning. White Lightning scramble with toast. consisting of egg white, three eggs, grilled chicken with Anaheim peppers. Then we did some more planting out in the yard. Mom cut some tulips to make a nice bouquet. Then she and I went out, thinking we might go tot he bookstore downtown but first we went to some of the nurseries and got more plants.When we got downtown it was parked full because of the Arts and Crafts Fair so we'll go there tomorrow before heading back to Seattle for work and dentist appointments.
On the needles
Well got some more work done on clapotis. And some more done on my the socks for Dad.
Spinning
Well got some more roving spun up. might have to see about actually trying to ply or maybe just setting and knitting with what I've gotten spun up so far.
