Fall is Here.

Well fall is here. The days are shorter, and it is cooler outside.
On the Needles
Still working on the Monkey socks for mom. Flotsam and Jetsam is still being worked on as well. And also still have yet to start on Vampire Boyfriend socks for me. I had thought to try work on on some of t he others socks I've started and put aside, like dad's entrelac socks and the spiral corialis socks.
What's Cooking
Well made Texas Sheet cake last weekend then took it over with me to sisters. Mom, Dad and I also made two pots of chili verde, I took some of that with me to sister's house as well. So had that and cake while my sister caught up on her sleep after their mattress died.
The Writing Life
With National Novel Writing Month coming up in November. I've been working on my writing again, looking at some old stories I had started but didn't finish up. So been working on them so I can hopefully get myself up to the 1,336 words a day for NaNoWriMo.   Just multiply 1,336 by 30 and you'll find the aim is to try and write 50,000 words in 30 days.
